FILMMAKING

My short films explore themes like free-range parenting, pet euthanasia, and friendship. A New Leash On Life, an absurdist talking-dog comedy, has screened at over 30 international festivals—including VIFF 2020—and aired nation-wide on CBC. My lo-fi documentary, Free Range, premiered at DOXA Documentary Film Festival in 2021. In 2023, I received the DGC Award for Best Director at Vancouver’s Run N’ Gun Film Competition for my team’s short film, Stanley Kubrick’s The Moon Landing. I hold a B.F.A. in Film Production from Simon Fraser University and currently work as an in-house filmmaker for Lush Cosmetics.
